Dr. Howard, a Clarksville, Tenn., native, joined Jackson Urological Associates in 1996. He and his wife, Tiffany, have three children, and they have several grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his family, riding his bike, and gardening. He is an active member of Fellowship Bible Church.
